🥯🥯It all started when four young Italian cousins, who grew up in the restaurant business, tasted the most delicious and authentic bagel sandwich in a little bagel shop in the heart of Towson.
It was an unassuming little shop with a sign that read "Towson Hot Bagels" on the outside. And while the location had less than 15 seats, we had a passion to share our positive energy with the world through our food.
Being a first generation Southern Italian family, we understand that we’re not necessarily the first people that come to mind when you hear "bagel shop." But, with our heritage, three things reign supreme: family, love, and sharing passion and energy while lingering over a fresh meal with friends.
We built our stores to reflect the lively piazzas of our sunny town. A warm and vibrant place where the smell of fresh bread and bacon fill the air—where people can stop in for a quick coffee, or chat about life and culture while enjoying an overstuffed, fresh sandwich.
Every day we wake up excited to share our energy by serving fresh, delectable ingredients. It’s our hope that our restaurants become a small part of you, and that we can encourage you to go out and share YOUR passion with the world.
We were excited to give the THB positive energy to as many people as possible! We wanted to create the same experience in other neighborhoods so we worked hard to open new locations to give other communities what Towson was enjoying.

Two iconic Baltimore restaurant brands are joining forces in the most delicious way possible. THB Bagelry & Deli is thrilled to announce an exciting new collaboration with Jimmy’s Famous Seafood. This limited-time partnership will feature two bold new bagel flavors - Crabby Asiago and Crabby Everything - both seasoned with THB’s classic seasonings as well as Jimmy’s original Famous 50 seafood seasoning. THB will also feature two new sandwiches: a Crabby Melt featuring Jimmy’s Famous Crab Dip and melted cheese served open-faced on a bagel of your choice and a Crabby BLT featuring Jimmy’s famous Crab Dip, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a fresh bagel. Additionally, THB will pair these sandwiches with Jimmy’s new Crab Dip Potato Chips which just launched this spring.
A THB collaboration wouldn’t be the same unless it supported the Greater Baltimore community. This summer, THB is excited to donate a portion of the proceeds from this collaborative menu to Baltimore’s Turtle Tank Competition: The Shark Tank for Good. Many nonprofits and social enterprises in Baltimore don’t have the resources they need to bring about meaningful change. The Turtle Tank competition provides them with the visibility, expertise, and funding to drive their mission. By supporting the next wave of organizations and community leaders through this creative event, we are all helping Baltimore grow stronger. The Turtle Tank funds Baltimore's Changemakers.
THB is excited for the return of their iconic Rainbow Bagels for a limited time, June 6-15. New in 2025, Hibiscus-Vanilla Cream Cheese: a blend of delicate hibiscus and smooth vanilla for a flavor that’s subtly sweet, lightly tangy, and downright irresistible. It’s a perfect springtime spread! Each Rainbow Bagel is made with brightly colored dough and no two will look the same. Pair it with their Hibiscus-Vanilla Cream Cheese for a bagel sandwich that’s just as unique as you! A portion of the sales of the Rainbow Bagels will be donated to Beyond Health PRP, a Baltimore-based behavioral health agency that provides a wide range of services including Substance Use Treatment, Mental Health Care, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Services, and more.
